Credit Repair Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Credit Repair Sales Specialist to join our team. Our headquarters is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Our Credit Repair Sales Specialist business hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm mountain standard time closed weekends and USA holidays.
The ideal candidate will have experience in credit repair sales, understanding customer needs, and onboarding potential clients to assigned credit specialists effectively. Your role will involve engaging potential clients, providing information about our services, and onboarding potential clients to assigned credit specialists. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
To work you must be able train virtually and work at home.

- More than 35 hrs/week - 1099 Commission or $400 per week guarantee which ever is higher

10 - 14 $110 Each Paid Sale
15 - 19 $125 Each Paid Sale
20 + 140 Each Paid Sale
3 Day & 4 Day Week Commission Structure
1-6 $100 Each Paid Sale
7 - 11 $110 Each Paid Sale
12 $125 Each Paid Sale
15 + 140 Each Paid Sale
EXAMPLE:
9 Sales and Below - $100 a Paid Sale
10 Paid Sales - $110 (8 Pay, $880 $22/hr)
15 Paid Sales - $125 (12 Pay, $1,500 $37.50/hr)
20 Paid Sales - $140 (15 Pay, $2,100 $52.50/hr)
Pay Period Policy
To qualify for the commission or $400 per week guarantee structure, you must meet the following requirements:

Attendance Policy
You are given points to track Derogatory Attendance Marks. Once you reach 5 points you will be placed on a Final. If you are placed on final it may result in termination. Points will fall off every 90 days from the date they were given. Listed below are the various ways you may receive points.
1 Point
- Arriving more than 10 minutes after the start of the shift.
- Leaving more than 10 minutes before the closing of the shift.
- Failure to Clock In or Clock Out. (10 Minute Grace Period)
- If you don’t hit 1 of 3 Work Metrics in a day
2 Points
- Call out (Less than one weeks notice)
5 Points - AUTOMATIC FINAL WARNING
- No Call No Show
SCHEDULE
- Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm mst (1 hour lunch 12pm - 1pm). Closed weekends and US holidays.
NOTES:
- Communication to Manager must happen prior to your shift if you are not going to
be on time.
TIME OFF:
- Credit Repair Sales Specialist are allowed up to 4 days off per Quarter
(example. JAN, FEB, MARCH is one quarter of the calendar year)
- If you need 3+ consecutive days off, you must get manager approval. A two week
notice is required.
- You cannot rollover your unused days off from previous quarters.
PTO:
- After 1 year tenure you will qualify for 5 PTO days per year. PTO = average hourly wage year to date per approved day off. That increases by 1 PTO day per year for each additional year of tenure up to 10 PTO days per year.
